Creative Director
As Creative Director, I influenced all phases of creative development including conceptual development and establishment of visual design whilst understanding the production process and technical implementation.
I provided guidance and direction to other creative team members and worked closely with the entire project team to serve as the creative lead on projects of significant scale, complexity and importance.
I worked closely with account leaders to define project assignments and implement creative solutions. Additionally, I was responsible for mentoring and managing the efforts of a team of creative designers across projects relating to a given account within Digital Paint.
