Working in a manufacturing environment, I had responsibility for a whole range of jobs involved with the finishing of the different styles of shoe lasts. (Working over vacation breaks whilst at University).
I gained valuable experience of working at all levels from shop floor to executive & understanding of the importance of good communication to achieve defined tasks.
