Kidney diseases and kidney problems do not get a lot of media attention or press coverage so fund raising is not as widespread as for other charities and good causes, but run4katie.org wants to change that. People like Katie German who are born with kidney problems and those who develop problems later in life as a result of things like diabetes, deserve better treatment and care than is available now. The people at National Kidney Research Fund do a great job at the moment but they need help to do better. That is where we come in. We want to raise as much money as possible through sponsorship, donations, fund raising events and hard work for the National Kidney Research Fund.
